1. Intellectual Property & Age Restrictions

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Houston Federal Staffing and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

The minimum age to use our Site is 18 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.

2. Acceptable Use & Account Responsibilities

As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to: harass or mistreat other users; violate intellectual property rights; hack into accounts; act fraudulently; or post/ship material involving illegal drugs, biohazardous material, stolen property, or human trafficking.

You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your passwords. You agree that all personal information provided is up to date, accurate, and truthful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions.

3. Sale of Goods & Services

We offer Virtual Mailboxes, Personal Virtual Mailboxes, Business Virtual Addresses, Virtual Office Solutions, and Mail Forwarding. Services will be paid for in full when ordered. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will issue a refund equal to the amount paid.

4. USPS Compliance & Form 1583

GreenwayPost LLC operates as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) regulated by the United States Postal Service. We are federally mandated to collect a notarized USPS Form 1583 and two forms of ID for every individual or business receiving mail. We will legally suspend your account and Return to Sender (RTS) any incoming mail if Form 1583 is not completed within 30 days of registration. We are legally obligated to store these documents for 6 months after your account closes.

5. Mail Handling, Scanning, & Privacy

By registering for an account and utilizing the digital "Scan" button in your client dashboard, you grant explicit legal consent for our staff to physically break the seal on your federal mail. If you select the "Strict Privacy" opt-out during registration, our system legally restricts staff from opening your mail, completely limiting our liability regarding the contents.

We receive mail via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. We are fully indemnified against lost, damaged, or delayed mail once it is handed off to a carrier for forwarding, or before it successfully arrives at our Houston facility.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, & No-Refund Policy

Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification of cancellation via the Client Portal or support@greenwaypost.com. We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Debit, and Direct Debit.

Strict "No Refund" Policy:

• We enforce a strict "No Refund" and "No Prorated Refund" policy for monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time add-on fees (e.g., Video Notary, check deposits).
• Because of the immediate setup of virtual infrastructure, our CMRA service is fully exempt from the Texas 3-day right of rescission.
• Account suspension resulting from a failure to provide USPS Form 1583 compliance documentation does not entitle the user to a refund or chargeback.

7. Post-Cancellation Guidelines

USPS strictly prohibits CMRAs from filing Change of Address forms for former clients. Upon cancellation, it is your sole responsibility to update your address with banks and state registries. Any mail received post-cancellation will be marked Return to Sender (RTS) for a period of 6 months before being discarded to protect your privacy.

8. Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, & Severability

Houston Federal Staffing and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site. Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Houston Federal Staffing and our affiliates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) services, we are legally required to collect specific personal data:

• Identity Verification Data: Government-issued ID numbers, passport photos, and notarized signatures as mandated by USPS Form 1583.
• Account Data: Name, forwarding address, email, phone number, and billing information.
• Mail Metadata: Sender names, return addresses, and external photographs of mail items received at our Houston facility.

2. How We Handle Your Physical & Digital Mail

We treat your mail with the highest level of confidentiality. Unless you explicitly submit an "Open & Scan" request through your dashboard, our staff will never open your physical mail. If you selected the "Strict Privacy" opt-out during registration, our system permanently restricts staff from opening your envelopes under any circumstances. Scanned PDFs are encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption and stored securely in your private digital dashboard.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to data brokers, marketers, or third parties. Your data is only shared in the following strictly limited circumstances:

• Law Enforcement & USPS: We are legally obligated to provide a copy of your Form 1583 to the USPS. We will also cooperate fully with valid subpoenas or warrants from federal/state law enforcement agencies.
• Service Providers: We use secure third-party infrastructure (such as Supabase for database hosting and Stripe for payment processing) to operate our platform.

4. Your CCPA & Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California or a state with similar privacy laws, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of your account (subject to federal CMRA record-keeping requirements, which mandate we keep Form 1583 records for six months after your account closes). • Firearms, weaponry, and ammunition.
• Explosives, fireworks, and flares.
• Flammable liquids, toxic chemicals, and radioactive materials.
• Loose lithium-ion batteries not contained in equipment.

2. Illegal Items, Drugs & Human Trafficking

• Humans: Any attempted shipment of human beings, or any use of this address to facilitate human trafficking or smuggling.
• Drugs: Narcotics, illegal drugs, marijuana/cannabis products (regardless of state-level legality), and unauthorized or unprescribed prescription medications.
• Drug paraphernalia.
• Counterfeit or pirated goods.
• Stolen property.
• Unlicensed lottery tickets or illegal gambling devices.

3. Perishables & Bio-Matter

• Live animals, insects, or biological specimens.
• Human remains or ashes.
• Perishable foods, fruits, and vegetables.
• Plants and agricultural materials.
• Medical waste or biohazards.

4. Untraceable High-Value Items

Note: Standard business checks, cashier's checks, and money orders are explicitly permitted and processed via our deposit service.

• Loose cash or fiat currency.
• Precious metals (bullion) and unmounted gemstones.

5. Oversized or Heavy Freight

• Packages exceeding standard carrier weight limits of 50 lbs.
• Palletized freight or heavy machinery.
• Furniture or oversized vehicle parts.
